- The Journal may publish Special Issues on selected themes, academic conferences, or festschrift volumes dedicated to eminent scholars.
- Supplementary Issues may be brought out for urgent academic contributions, extended conference proceedings, or collaborative research initiatives.
- All Special and Supplementary Issues will undergo the same double-blind peer review and editorial scrutiny as regular issues.
- Authors publishing in Special or Supplementary Issues will receive the same academic credit, indexing, and citation value as in regular issues.
- The Editorial Board reserves the right to limit the number of such issues per year, ensuring quality and compliance with indexing standards (UGC-CARE, Scopus, etc.).
- जर्नल समय-समय पर विशेषांक (Special Issue) प्रकाशित कर सकता है, जो किसी विशिष्ट शोध-विषय, संगोष्ठी, या प्रख्यात विद्वानों के सम्मान में निकाले जाएंगे।
- पूरक अंक (Supplementary Issue) आवश्यक शैक्षणिक योगदान, सम्मेलन कार्यवाही, या सहयोगात्मक शोध हेतु प्रकाशित किए जा सकते हैं।
- प्रत्येक विशेषांक और पूरक अंक में लेखों की समीक्षा प्रक्रिया द्वि-अंध सहकर्मी समीक्षा (Double-blind peer review) के अनुसार ही होगी।
- विशेषांक/पूरक अंक में प्रकाशित शोध-पत्रों को सामान्य अंक के समान ही शैक्षणिक मान्यता, अनुक्रमण और संदर्भ-मूल्य (Citation Value) प्राप्त होगा।
- संपादकीय मंडल प्रति वर्ष विशेषांकों की संख्या सीमित रखेगा ताकि गुणवत्ता और अनुक्रमण मानकों (UGC-CARE, Scopus आदि) का पालन सुनिश्चित हो।
DOI Allotment Plan
From August 2025, the Journal will assign DOIs through Zenodo (DataCite) to ensure immediate archiving and persistent identifiers.
From 2026 onwards, the Journal will transition to Crossref DOI allocation as the primary system, while maintaining Zenodo as an open-access repository.
- Articles published in August 2025 will carry Zenodo DOIs (DataCite).
- From 2026 onwards, all articles will be assigned Crossref DOIs.
- Zenodo will continue to serve as a mirror/archive, but the official DOI of the Journal will be Crossref.
- Earlier Zenodo DOIs will remain valid, and metadata will be cross-linked wherever possible.
अगस्त 2025 से जर्नल प्रत्येक शोध-पत्र को Zenodo (DataCite) DOI प्रदान करेगा ताकि त्वरित आर्काइविंग एवं स्थायी पहचान सुनिश्चित हो सके।
2026 से जर्नल का आधिकारिक DOI आवंटन Crossref के माध्यम से किया जाएगा, जबकि Zenodo को मुक्त-प्रवेश (Open Access) रिपॉज़िटरी के रूप में बनाए रखा जाएगा।
