1. Pagination Policy/पृष्ठांकन नीति
Pre-ISSN Issues (April–July 2025):
- Pagination was done independently (e.g., 1–50, 1–60).
- These issues will remain for archival reference only.
- They will not be included in official ISSN indexing.
पूर्व-आईएसएसएन अंक (अप्रैल–जुलाई 2025):
- इन अंकों का पृष्ठांकन स्वतंत्र रूप से (जैसे 1–50, 1–60) किया गया है।
- ये केवल अभिलेखीय संदर्भ हेतु सुरक्षित रहेंगे।
- इन्हें आधिकारिक ISSN indexing में शामिल नहीं किया जाएगा।
Post-ISSN Issues (From August 2025):
- From August 2025 onwards, all issues will be officially published under the ISSN number.
आईएसएसएन प्राप्ति के बाद (अगस्त 2025 से):
- अगस्त 2025 से सभी अंक आधिकारिक रूप से ISSN नंबर के अंतर्गत प्रकाशित होंगे।
Pagination Options / पृष्ठांकन के विकल्प:
- Continuous Pagination (Recommended) / अनवरत पृष्ठांकन (अनुशंसित):
- Each issue continues page numbers from the previous issue.
- Example:
- Vol. 1, Issue 1 (Aug 2025): pp. 1–80
- Vol. 1, Issue 2 (Sep 2025): pp. 81–160
- Vol. 1, Issue 3 (Oct 2025): pp. 161–240
- प्रत्येक अंक की पृष्ठ संख्या पिछले अंक से आगे बढ़ेगी।
- उदाहरण:
- खंड 1, अंक 1 (अगस्त 2025): पृ. 1–80
- खंड 1, अंक 2 (सितंबर 2025): पृ. 81–160
- खंड 1, अंक 3 (अक्टूबर 2025): पृ. 161–240
- Independent Pagination / स्वतंत्र पृष्ठांकन:
- Each issue has its own independent page numbers (e.g., pp. 1–100, pp. 1–120).
- This must be clearly declared in the issue.
- प्रत्येक अंक की पृष्ठ संख्या स्वतंत्र होगी (जैसे पृ. 1–100, पृ. 1–120)।
- इसे अंक की शुरुआत में स्पष्ट घोषित किया जाएगा।
2. Archiving Policy

Pre-ISSN Archive (April–July 2025):
- These issues will be preserved under “Pre-ISSN Archive.”
- Available only for academic & historical reference.
- Not valid for indexing & citation.
पूर्व-आईएसएसएन अभिलेख (अप्रैल–जुलाई 2025):
- ये अंक “Pre-ISSN Archive” के अंतर्गत सुरक्षित रहेंगे।
- केवल शैक्षणिक एवं ऐतिहासिक संदर्भ हेतु उपलब्ध रहेंगे।
- Indexing और Citation में मान्य नहीं होंगे।
ISSN-Registered Archive (From August 2025):
- All issues from Aug 2025 onwards will be valid under ISSN registration.
- Fully recognized for Indexing, DOI, and Citation.
- Preserved in the journal’s official website and indexing partners.
आईएसएसएन-निबंधित अभिलेख (अगस्त 2025 से):
- अगस्त 2025 से प्रकाशित सभी अंक ISSN पंजीकरण के अंतर्गत मान्य होंगे।
- Indexing, DOI और Citation में पूर्ण मान्यता प्राप्त करेंगे।
- इन्हें जर्नल की वेबसाइट एवं indexing agencies पर सुरक्षित रखा जाएगा।
3. Special Issues/ विशेष अंक
- Special Issues (Festschrift, Thematic, Conference Proceedings) will also be part of the ISSN archive.
- Pagination may either:
- Continue from regular issues, OR
- Follow independent numbering (e.g., Vol. 1, Special Issue, pp. 1–150).
- Declaration will be made at the beginning of the issue.
- विशेष अंक (फेस्टश्रिफ्ट, थीमैटिक, कॉन्फ़्रेंस प्रोसीडिंग्स) भी ISSN अभिलेख का हिस्सा होंगे।
- पृष्ठांकन:
- या तो नियमित अंकों से जारी रहेगा, अथवा
- स्वतंत्र पृष्ठांकन (जैसे खंड 1, विशेष अंक, पृ. 1–150) अपनाया जाएगा।
- यह अंक की शुरुआत में स्पष्ट घोषित किया जाएगा।
Notice to Authors & Readers/ लेखकों एवं पाठकों हेतु सूचना
All issues published from August 2025 onwards are registered under ISSN and will receive full recognition for citation, indexing, and academic benefits.
Issues from April–July 2025 remain only as Pre-ISSN archive for reference purposes.
अगस्त 2025 से प्रकाशित सभी अंक ISSN के अंतर्गत पंजीकृत हैं और उन्हें citation, indexing तथा अकादमिक लाभ हेतु पूर्ण मान्यता प्राप्त होगी।
अप्रैल–जुलाई 2025 के अंक केवल Pre-ISSN अभिलेख के रूप में संदर्भ हेतु उपलब्ध रहेंगे।
