All articles published in Kalaa Samiksha are protected under copyright. Authors retain copyright of their work and grant the journal a license to publish the article.

• By default, the journal follows the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) license, which allows others to share, adapt, and build upon the work, provided proper attribution is given.
• In special cases, authors may choose alternative licenses such as CC BY-NC (Non-Commercial) upon request.
• Authors are responsible for ensuring that their submissions do not infringe upon any existing copyright.

कला समीक्षा में प्रकाशित सभी लेख कॉपीराइट द्वारा संरक्षित हैं। लेखक अपने कार्य का कॉपीराइट सुरक्षित रखते हैं तथा जर्नल को प्रकाशन हेतु लाइसेंस प्रदान करते हैं।

• डिफ़ॉल्ट रूप से, यह जर्नल क्रिएटिव कॉमन्स एट्रिब्यूशन (CC BY 4.0) लाइसेंस का पालन करता है, जिसके अंतर्गत अन्य लोग कार्य को साझा, अनुकूलित और विकसित कर सकते हैं, बशर्ते उचित श्रेय दिया जाए।
• विशेष परिस्थितियों में लेखक वैकल्पिक लाइसेंस जैसे CC BY-NC (गैर-व्यावसायिक उपयोग) चुन सकते हैं।

2. Ethical Statement (Based on COPE Guidelines)

The journal strictly adheres to the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

• Plagiarism, fabrication, falsification, or duplicate submissions are strictly prohibited.
• Authors must ensure originality of their work and proper citation of sources.
• Editors and reviewers must maintain confidentiality and impartiality during the peer-review process.
• Any cases of unethical behavior will be investigated, and corrective actions (including retraction) will be taken when necessary.

यह जर्नल पब्लिकेशन एथिक्स समिति (COPE) के दिशा-निर्देशों का पालन करता है।

• साहित्यिक चोरी, मनगढ़ंत या गलत आँकड़ों का उपयोग, तथा डुप्लीकेट सबमिशन सख़्त वर्जित हैं।
• लेखक यह सुनिश्चित करेंगे कि उनका कार्य मौलिक हो और सभी स्रोतों का उचित संदर्भ दिया गया हो।
• संपादक और समीक्षक गोपनीयता एवं निष्पक्षता बनाए रखेंगे।
• किसी भी प्रकार के अनैतिक आचरण की स्थिति में जाँच की जाएगी तथा आवश्यकतानुसार सुधारात्मक कार्यवाही (जैसे लेख वापसी) की जाएगी।

3. Conflict of Interest Policy

Authors must disclose any financial or non-financial conflicts of interest that could influence their research.
Reviewers and editors must also declare any potential conflict of interest before engaging in the review process.

लेखकों को अपने शोध से संबंधित सभी आर्थिक या गैर-आर्थिक हितों का टकराव (Conflict of Interest) स्पष्ट करना अनिवार्य है।
समीक्षकों और संपादकों को भी समीक्षा प्रक्रिया में भाग लेने से पूर्व अपने संभावित हित-संघर्ष की घोषणा करनी होगी।

4. Acknowledgement Policy

Authors should properly acknowledge:

• Funding sources (if any)
• Institutional support
• Contributions of individuals who assisted in research but do not qualify for authorship

लेखकों को उचित आभार प्रकट करना होगा:

• वित्तीय सहायता स्रोत (यदि हो)
• संस्थागत सहयोग
• उन व्यक्तियों का योगदान जिन्होंने शोध में सहायता की लेकिन सहलेखक बनने योग्य नहीं हैं।

AI Content Policy

1. Declaration: Authors must clearly declare the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, etc.) in any part of their manuscript (writing, editing, data analysis, image creation).
2. Responsibility: AI tools cannot be listed as authors or co-authors. Authors bear full responsibility for the accuracy, originality, ethical integrity, and legal compliance of their manuscripts.
3. Permitted Uses:
• Language improvement (grammar, readability).
• Data visualization (with author’s interpretation).
• Formatting assistance.
4. Prohibited Uses:
• Generating complete manuscripts without author input.
• Fabricating references, data, or images.
• Using AI to manipulate plagiarism or duplicate publication.
5. Disclosure Statement (to be added in the article, if applicable):
   “This manuscript has utilized [AI tool name, version] for [purpose, e.g., language editing / summarization]. The authors take full responsibility for the content.”
6. Editorial Rights: The Editorial Board reserves the right to reject or retract any article found to have undisclosed or unethical AI involvement.

1. घोषणा: लेखक को अपने शोध-पत्र में यदि कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता (AI) उपकरण (जैसे ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot आदि) का उपयोग किया गया है तो उसे स्पष्ट रूप से उल्लेख करना अनिवार्य है।
2. उत्तरदायित्व: किसी भी प्रकार का AI उपकरण लेखक या सह-लेखक के रूप में स्वीकार्य नहीं है। सामग्री की मौलिकता, सत्यता, नैतिकता और वैधानिकता की सम्पूर्ण जिम्मेदारी लेखक की होगी।
3. अनुमेय उपयोग:
• भाषा सुधार (व्याकरण, पठनीयता)।
• आँकड़ों के दृश्यांकन (लेखक की व्याख्या सहित)।
• प्रारूपण में सहायता।
4. निषिद्ध उपयोग:
• सम्पूर्ण शोध-पत्र एआई से तैयार करना।
• काल्पनिक सन्दर्भ, आँकड़े या चित्र बनाना।
• साहित्यिक चोरी छिपाने या प्रतिरूप प्रकाशन के लिए एआई का प्रयोग।
5. प्रकटीकरण कथन (यदि लागू हो तो लेख में जोड़ा जाए):
   “इस शोध-पत्र में [AI टूल का नाम, संस्करण] का प्रयोग [उद्देश्य, जैसे भाषा-संपादन/सार-संक्षेप] हेतु किया गया है। इसकी सम्पूर्ण जिम्मेदारी लेखक की है।”
6. संपादकीय अधिकार: संपादकीय मंडल को अधिकार है कि किसी भी लेख को अस्वीकार या वापिस ले सके यदि उसमें एआई के अनैतिक अथवा अघोषित प्रयोग का पता चलता है।
